Each service has a defined timeframe: the Internal Audit Readiness engagement runs three weeks, Customer Segmentation takes four weeks, and the Technology Strategy & Digital Roadmap spans eight weeks. Timelines can be adjusted slightly based on your internal team's availability and the complexity of your situation.

We begin with an intake session to understand your current situation and objectives. From there, we move through the structured phases of the engagement — data gathering, analysis, and review sessions — before presenting final deliverables. You'll have regular touchpoints with us throughout the process, not just at the end.

This depends on the engagement. For audit readiness, we'll need access to process documentation and a point of contact who can facilitate internal interviews. For customer segmentation, we work with existing CRM or transaction data. For the technology roadmap, we'll need access to your current system landscape and key stakeholders in technology and operations. We handle everything with confidentiality and provide a clear data-handling outline at the start.

The prices listed — RM 630 for Audit Readiness, RM 1,700 for Customer Segmentation, and RM 3,400 for Technology Strategy — cover a standard scope for each engagement. If your situation calls for a broader or more customised scope, we'll discuss that openly before any commitment is made.
